Ducks rout Westmont in final exhibition

The Ducks open the 2017-18 campaign against Cal State Northridge in the preseason WNIT at 5 p.m. on Friday at Matthew Knight Arena. There are two other ranked teams, No. 9 Louisville and No. 24 Michigan, in the 16-team field.
