Dr. John Garcia's article and guest-edited issue of Early American Literature now available

Congratulations to Dr. John Garcia on publishing his article and guest-editing (with Philip Gould of Brown University) a cluster of essays on the British American Loyalists in the newest issue of Early American Literature 52.3 (2017).

His essay, entitled "He Hath Ceased to be a Citizen: Stephen Burroughs, Late Loyalists, Lower Canada," reexamines the life and writings of a counterfeiter in the context of Americans expatriates in British Canada following the American Revolution.
