Hicks heads to Peru, CSUB signs three local track and field athletes

Hicks, who recently completed his freshman year at Cal State Northridge, cleared 50 feet, 1 1/4 inches on his sixth and final jump to earn silver and will represent the U.S. in the Pan American Junior Championships July 21-23 in Lima, Peru.
