Commit to be Fit
Commit to Be Fit (CTBF) is a free fitness and wellness program led by CSUN Kinesiology students. CTBF addresses flexibility, balance, muscular strength, endurance, weight loss and maintenance through exercise and nutrition education! The workouts consist of cutting edge and scientifically sound functional cardiovascular and resistance training aimed to get you in shape and help you feel your best! Student Recreation Center
The Student Recreation Center (SRC) is a 138,000 square foot facility for exercise and leisure activity that promotes lifelong health and wellness. The SRC features state-of–the-art weight and fitness zones, a rock wall, locker rooms, a three-court gymnasium, a multi-activity court, fitness and group exercise studios, a racquetball court, an indoor track and recreational/lap swimming pool. University Counseling
The University Counseling professional staff are available as consultants to collaborate with you in your roles as professors, administrators, advisors and counselors.
