Juniors Albee Weiss and Kevin Riley of CSUN have seven home runs apiece to lead the Big West, along with freshman Connor Cannon of UC Riverside. Only ninth-place UC Riverside (5.30) and seventh-place UC Irvine (6.10) are higher. … Junior Keston Hiura of UC Irvine continues to lead the Big West with a .424 average, but the Anteaters (13-20, 2-4) have won just two of their past 17 games after getting off to an 11-5 start. … Long Beach State (22-12, 7-2), ranked No. 12 by Baseball America, had its eight-game winning streak snapped Saturday with an 8-5 loss to visiting CSUN.
