Dear Staff and Faculty,
We are in the final weeks of self-care for this academic year, and what a great time to take extra good care of ourselves. On this coming Tuesday, April 18th, from 12-1 in Ed 1214, Ellen Bauersfeld will discuss nutrition and stress eating, as well as wellness for the coming summer months. We also continue our spring mindful meditation sessions on Tuesday afternoon in the CTL conference room from 2-2:30, with a focus on reducing stress.
