Dear Staff and Faculty,
A popular new variation on mindfulness meditation is self-compassion meditation, a unique form of meditation developed by Kristen Neff from the University of Texas, Austin. This approach is easy to learn and has many benefits. Come find out more from noon to 1 pm this Tuesday, April 11th, in Ed 1214! We also continue our spring mindful meditation sessions on Tuesday afternoon in the CTL conference room from 2 to 2:30, with a focus on reducing stress.
