How has your diet been lately? Want to learn more about eating healthy and how this affects overall daily functioning? Then come hear Ellen Bauersfeld share more great nutrition wisdom from 12-1 this Tuesday Feb. 21st, in Ed 1214! We also continue our spring meditation sessions on Tuesday afternoon from 2-2:30 with a theme of staying centered and balanced in our current world. And don't forget!! This is the week that the Valley Performing Arts Center presents the Nile Project and GLOBAL CURRENTS: A FESTIVAL DEDICATED TO MUSIC, DANCE, INCLUSIVENESS, AND SUSTAINABILITY! On February 23-25, VPAC will offer a 3 day festival featuring artists representing 13 regions of the world, mostly free!!
