Membership Appointments Announced for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council

Mr. Ryback has served in his current role since November 2011, and was appointed interim president and CEO in March, 2010. He began his career at Plumas Bank in 2001. Prior to that, he served as vice president, controller for Placer Sierra Bank in Auburn, California. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. Mr. Ryback chairs the Plumas District Hospital Oversight Committee, and is a member of Rotary International.
