Cal State University looks to boost 4-year graduation rates

Among local CSUs, the Dominguez Hills, Long Beach and Northridge campuses have also joined a new initiative called Re-imagining the First Year of College. That’s an American Association of State Colleges and Universities project involving 44 schools that is more narrowly focused on helping new students connect to campus life and push forward into their second year of school.
