KB Home (NYSE:KBH) announced that Glen Longarini has been named president of its Los Angeles/Ventura division. In this role, Longarini is responsible for all of the Company’s homebuilding operations in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, from land acquisition and construction, to sales and customer service. Longarini has more than 20 years of residential construction experience in Southern California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from CSU Northridge, and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
