Employee SuccessWe’ll review how to reserve space and rooms on campus for meetings and events: who to contact, and how far in advance you should begin the process. We’ll explain the different types of spaces available and guidelines (catering) that are entailed. We’ll also review how certain spaces lend themselves for successfully holding different types of events.

Participants in this session will:

  1. Gain an understanding of the room reservation process for academic meeting and event spaces
  2. Learn about the different types of rooms available.
  3. Share ideas on what space work best for specific meetings or events
