The Business Honors Program is designed to recognize students who have demonstrated high academic standards and to encourage these students to continue their record of excellence as business majors at California State University, Northridge.
Honors Courses in Finance
The Finance Department participates in the Business Honors Program by offering four Honors courses:
FIN 303BH – Financial Management
Generally offered in the Fall. Open to Business Honors students only.
FIN 352BH – Investment Management
Generally offered in the Spring. Open to Business Honors students only. Paired with a regular section of FIN 352 that is open to all students
FIN 355BH – Corporate Finance
Generally offered in the Spring. Open to Business Honors students only. Paired with a regular section of FIN 355 that is open to all students
FIN 491ABH - 491CBH – Seminar in Financial Analysis
In FIN 491ABH - 491CBH, a small group of students manage three portfolios, worth millions of dollars, on behalf of CSUN and its affiliated organizations.
The courses are offered in Fall and Spring, and are open to all students by competitive admission.
