"Heading off on holiday this summer and want to make a video record of your trip to make your friends at home jealous? Still, if you want to get the best from your footage, there are a few tricks to bear in mind.

We've put together our top tips on what kit to take with you, what to consider when you're out and about and what apps to use to make your movies come together.

Choose the right kit

Accessorize

Olloclip's wide-angle and macro lenses are small and easy to slot onto the iPhone, but I also like Manfrotto's new Klyp case, which has a range of screw-in lenses, including a polarizer which enhances blue skies."
