COE Self-Care Activities Week Eight

March 27, 2015

Dear College of Education Staff and Faculty,
We have some new activities in our self-care sessions this week. On Wednesday, our personal trainers from Kineseology will be showing safe ways to lift things without hurting ourselves. And yes, there will also be a walk this week, especially after the great walk with quite a few of us last week following our COE meeting! On Thursday, our yoga instructor, Jess, will switch from yoga poses to breathing exercises that help us relax and rejuvinate for the rest of the day. No mat necessary for this activity. So don't worry about getting "sweaty" during either of these classes!
This is the week for you to give self-care to yourself.
Enjoy!
Shari
