A Moodle page has been setup to let you know about volunteering opportunities for the CSUN Institute for Sustainability.
If your class is designated as a Service Learning class and you are required to perform at least 20 hours of community service, you will need to complete a pre-service survey and attend a training class through the Institute. Instructions are posted on this Volunteer page under the “Service Learning” link.
If your class simply requires you to complete volunteer hours or your service learning requirement is less than 20 hrs then you can sign up for activities in Moodle, follow the instructions below. Sign-in sheets will be available at the activity site which will be sent to your professor to verify your volunteer hours.
To add this moodle course:
1. sign into your moodle page
2. scroll to the bottom of the page and in the search courses box type: Institute for Sustainability and click on the course
3. You will be asked to enter an enrollment key which is: volunteer
