Great news! Our COE Self-care WEBSITE will be up and linked to our COE main page later this week! Thanks to Ian Carroll for doing an amazing job of creating this website. We can now post items sent to myself or Carolyn Jeffries by faculty and staff, as well as our activity leaders, about exciting self-care information, articles, and resources.
Starting in this WEEK SIX, we are up to 50 staff and faculty having attended at least one of our four weekly activities. If you haven't tried a self-care activity yet, why not make it a gift to yourself this week? Just take a look at what's available below.

PREVIEW OF WEEK FIVE COE SELF-CARE ACTIVITY HIGHLIGHTS
MONDAY, March 9th, 12:15-12:30 in Ed 1216-Mindfulness Mondays meditation with Diane Gehart. Diane brings another unique mindful meditation each time. Can't wait to see what we will do this week. And it leaves everyone feeling so relaxed afterwards.
TUESDAY, March 10th, 12:15-12:45 in Ed 1214/1216 -Tasty Tuesdays presentation with Ellen Bauersfeld. Ellen continues to inspire us with her presentations and handouts, and it's also been lots of fun. Week SIX discussion topic is "To supplement or not to supplement: That is the question!"
WEDNESDAY, March 11th, 12:15-12:45 in Ed 1214/1216-Workout Wednesdays with Emily, Michael, and Nico, our own "personal trainers" from Kinesiology. For this week SIX we will be learning about stretches while sitting to keep healthy at the office. Our last week's walk was really fun, and we walk again next week. Free resistance bands.

THURSDAY, March 12th, 12:15-12:45 in Ed 1214/1216-Thoughtful Thursdays Yoga with Jessica (Jess) Frank and interpreter Catherine (Cass) Kroener. We have a committed class of yoga practitioners who love this self-care activity. Come find out why in this week SIX session. We have extra yoga mats if you need one.
