CSUN’s Master of Science in Taxation Program Continues to Receive National Recognition
CSUN’s Master of Science in Taxation (MST) Program was recently ranked within the top 15 programs in seven publications: Great Business Schools, Accounting Degree Review, Accounting.com, Master’s Programs Guide, Accounting School Guide, Intelligent and Grad School Hub.
Citing its affordability, Accounting Degree Review listed the program as the most affordable online taxation school while Great Business Schools placed it at the No. 3 spot. Accounting School Guide ranked the MST program at No. 7 in the 10 Best Online Masters in Taxation, noting that it was the most affordable college on their list.
The program was also lauded for its various departmental programs, such as the Bookstein Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, that allows students to gain hands-on experience in the industry. Accounting.com ranked it No. 12, Master’s Program Guide placed it at No. 6 and Grad School Hub listed it at No. 14 with that in consideration.
Using their own point scale that measures the affordability and quality of completely or primarily online programs, Intelligent gave the MST program a score of 92.69 on their list of Top 25 Online Master’s in Taxation, placing it at No. 9 overall.

The Master of Science in Taxation program is offered by the Nazarian College’s Department of Accounting in partnership with the Tseng College.
