Pathways Fellowships and Scholarship Recipients
By Jenica Smith, MS
The nationally-recognized ”Pathways to Success” program has trained and supports undergraduate and graduate Hispanic students to prepare them for careers in food, nutrition and agriculture through peer/faculty mentorship, integrated support services, scholarships and lactation education. Partnerships create pathways between the university, community college, high schools and several USDA agencies, including the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) supplemental nutrition program.
