We are so thankful for all our donors that generously support our Center. This month, Interim Dean Mechelle Best invited us to hosted the Dean's Circle and provided a tour which included: sensory analysis of tomatoes grown in aquaponics, hydroponics, and geoponics; Chef Avila-inspired recipes from our culinary programming, tastings of Garden Matador Pickled Vegetable Relish (our latest product) and MMC Wellness Hot Tea Blend (grown from our garden); a presentation on the MMC Antioxidant Research comparing Aquaponics, Hydroponics, and Geoponics; and a tour of our Wellness Garden. We are thankful to Barbara and Gary Luboff for their generous donation to help with our garden expansion.
