The CSUN Armenian Alumni Network held its 2nd annual gala on Thursday, May 2 at the Aurora Banquet Hall in Tujunga, CA. The event featured Armenian food, music, and dances, as well as a silent auction. Importantly, two students, Lily Chakrian and Varant Chalikian, who graduated in spring 2024 with a Minor in Armenian, received Certificates of Appreciation for their achievement. Similarly, student Zaruhi Chalikyan was the first recipient of the Dr. Vahram Shemmassian Endowed Scholarship, established during last year’s banquet.
