Jewish Life in Japanese-Occupied China

Five generations of Ester Benjamin Shifren’s British-Jewish family lived in Shanghai.  In this talk she describes Jewish life in 20^th century Asia and the effect of World War II on the Jews, including the Holocaust refugees, during the Japanese occupation.
