This award-winning film from Argentina tells the story of Anita Feldman, a vulnerable young woman with Down’s syndrome who lives in Buenos Aires with her mother.  In the aftermath of the 1994 bombing of the AIMA Jewish Community Center, and without her mother’s care, Anita wanders through the city seeking food and shelter. Both heartwarming and tragic, this film explores the possibilities for community and compassion in a modern urban setting. Read more
