Central American Studies and the Central American Research and Policy Institute present: Father Alejandro Solalinde: Human Rights and Central American Migrants in Mexico
Father Solalinde is a human rights activist and director of the shelter Hermanos en el Camino in Ixtepec, Oaxaca, one of the safest places for migrants in Mexico. For years he has been working with migrants who are victims of human rights violations in their journey up North.
This event is part of the Central American Studies 15th anniversary community lecture series.
