This session is offered by CalPoly Pomona, participating with Northridge in a Professional & Personal Development Cross Campus Collaboration program.

Description:

Are you tasked with creating a training that needs to be practical? Join our workshop to discover the Backward Design approach, a proven instructional design method. This session will guide you in the planning phase of developing workplace trainings with tangible results. Optional: Bring a past or future training topic to use in our hands-on activities. Note: This workshop is a revised former training titled, “Designing Presentations for Results”.

1. When ready, select the CSU Learn button below.
2. Log into CSU Learn with your CSUN Portal credentials.
3. Select the “Register” button.
4. Click on the bullet next to the CSUN HR icon, and select “Submit” to enroll in this session.
