Sustainable Living: Holiday Edition | CSU CCC Class

This session is offered by CSU San Marcos, participating with Northridge in a Professional & Personal Development Cross Campus Collaboration program.

Colleagues attending this session may hail from the Chancellor’s Office, Bakersfield, Channel Islands, Chico, East Bay, Fresno, Fullerton, Humboldt, Long Beach, Monterey Bay,  Pomona, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, San Marcos, Sonoma, and Stanislaus. 

Description:

"The holidays are a time of family, friends, laughter and waste. In fact, approximately 25% more trash is created during the holidays than any other time of the year.
This session will guide participants to think about how to continue living sustainably, even during the holiday season. Participants will leave the session with strategies that are easily implemented all year round to reduce their impact on the planet and save money.
Come with an open mind, and be willing to share and learn not only from the presenter but each other as well."
