What does well-being mean to you? In this premiere episode of Well-Being with the Dean, CSUN Health and Human Development (HHD) Dean, Farrell J. Webb talks with Olena Svetlov, BSN, MSN. She is an Advanced Practice Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Critical Care Division at Cedars Sinai Hospital as well as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
Olena is a graduate of the very first cohort of the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (A-BSN) at CSUN. In this conversation she talks about what well-being means to her, sharing insights into the profession, how CSUN Nursing prepared her for her career, and offering support and guidance to future nurses.
