New Internship Experience!
Students enroll in the 1-unit HSCI 494I HA (Health Admin) or HSCI 494I PH (Public Health) the semester *before* they graduate.
Students enroll in the 2-unit HSCI 494 HA (Health Admin) or HSCI 494 PH (Public Health) the semester they are graduating.
Spring 23 Grads & beyond: New HSCI 494 Info Session
Graduating Summer 24?
- Health Admin students:
- To graduate this Summer 24, students must currently be enrolled in HSCI 494 IHA Spring 24.
- Students register for HSCI 494 HA for Summer 24. No permission # is needed.
- Students must also have an approved graduation term of Summer 24.
- Public Health students:
- To graduate this Summer 24, students must currently be enrolled in HSCI 494 IPH Spring 24.
- Students register for both HSCI 494 PH & HSCI 445 for Summer 24. No permission # is needed.
- Students must also have an approved graduation term of Summer 24.
Graduating Fall 24?
- Health Admin students:
- To graduate Fall 24, students should either be enrolled in HSCI 494 IHA & HSCI 425 this Spring 24, or
- Students can register for HSCI 494 IHA & HSCI 425 this Summer 24.
- Students need a permission # to enroll in HSCI 494 IHA this Summer 24. Contact our HSCI advisors for a permission # AFTER you register for HSCI 425 for Summer session.
- Students then enroll in HSCI 494 this Fall 24! No permission # is needed.
- Students also need to apply for graduation term of Fall 24.
- Public Health students:
- To graduate this Fall 24, students should either be enrolled in HSCI 494 IPH & HSCI 441 this Spring 24, or
- Students can register for HSCI 494 IPH & HSCI 441 this Summer 24.
- Students need a permission # to enroll in HSCI 494 IPH this Summer 24. Contact our HSCI advisors for a permission # AFTER you register for HSCI 441 for Summer session.
- Students then enroll in HSCI 494 PH & HSCI 445 this Fall 24! No permission # is needed.
- Students also need to apply for graduation term of Fall 24.
Graduating Spring 25?
- Health Admin students:
- To graduate Spring 25, students must be enrolled in HSCI 494 IHA & HSCI 425 this Fall 24.
- Students need a permission # to enroll in HSCI 494 IHA in Fall 24. Contact our HSCI advisors for a permission # AFTER you register for HSCI 425 for Fall 24.
- Students then enroll in HSCI 494 HA in Spring 25! No permission # is needed.
- Students also apply for graduation term of Spring 25.
- Public Health students:
- To graduate this Spring 25, students must be enrolled in HSCI 494 IPH & HSCI 441 this Fall 24.
- Students need a permission # to enroll in HSCI 494 IPH in Fall 24. Contact our HSCI advisors for a permission # AFTER you register for HSCI 441 for Fall 24.
- Students then enroll in HSCI 494 PH & HSCI 445 in Spring 25! No permission # is needed.
- Students also need to apply for graduation term of Spring 25.
