Self-Care: It's time to be revitalize!

Dear College of Education Community,

It’s time for our college and our campus to REVITALIZE with the support of our new CSUN wellness resource website! CSUN Revitalize, (www.csun.edu/revitalize) connects students, faculty, staff, and our surrounding community partners with comprehensive resources that foster resilience, while also offering a space to process the impact of the pandemic in one user friendly location. Content includes direct links and announcements to numerous wellness events and activities, toolkits, clinical services, and other information to support our diverse community. Check out the following as just a few examples of the healing and engaging opportunities available now through this website:

  1. Trauma-Informed Toolkit: This Toolkit will help our campus community both personally and professionally to increase awareness of COVID-19’s impact while providing applicable tips and tools for social-emotional wellness. https://www.csun.edu/revitalize/toolkits And it’s available to our community partners.
  2. Student Multimedia Art Competition, Deadline April 1st: The Multi-media Art Competition is meant to help propel the CSUN community of students forward. Learn more
  3. Revitalize One Day Conference, April 26th: Please join the Revitalize one-day virtual conference for a series of workshops and keynote speakers focused on wellness and collective healing from grief and trauma. Open to CSUN students, faculty, staff, and community. Learn more to register.
  4. The Calm App: free app for all CSUN employees (including student assistants!) to help de-stress, meditate, and improve sleep  Read more
