Dear College of Education Community,
Mindfulness meditation is a wonderful way to engage in self-care and reduce stress. When practiced as a group, mindfulness sessions can also lead to a sense of belongingness and community. We can enjoy mindfulness gatherings in-person at CSUN through two new opportunities listed below. Enjoy!
Warmly,
Shari

Want to practice Mindfulness communally?
Our group mindfulness practice sessions, led by trained facilitators, provide a communal space for CSUN students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community members to engage in meditation and mindfulness together. These sessions occur every Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M. in Room 3 (FacDev Commons) on the Garden Level of the University Library, from September 3 to December 10, 2024. A thank you to FacDev for providing us with a space!
