COE Self-Care Activities Final Week
Dear College of Education Staff and Faculty,
This is the final week of our COE self-care program for the Spring 2015 semester. Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience such a positive one! Our leaders have been tremendous in their generous donation of time, expertise, and care with faculty and staff. We will be acknowledging each leader during this last week of self-care sessions. And we also want to thank COE staff and faculty, who have been very enthusiastic and supportive. Once again, if you participated in at least one self-care activity, we ask that you help us out in the next few weeks by filling out a post-survey about the self-care activities. This survey is voluntary, quick to complete, and anonymous. You can get the survey from Shari Tarver Behring or Carolyn Jeffries. In this survey you can tell us if you benefitted from the self-care activities, if you want self-care to continue in our college in the fall, and what your preferred activities, times, etc. might be. We will share the findings with all faculty and staff later this summer.
In the next week, we will provide resources by email and on our website about self-care activities for staff and faculty on campus over the summer. And please check our COE Self-Care website over the summer. We will be having monthly themes on self-care and adding helpful resources to benefit you!
May your academic year end with time to reflect on all the wonderful things that each of you do, and with time for yourself to renew.
With much gratitude for each one of you,
Shari
