Our college continues to set an example of healthy balance at work with 40 COE faculty and staff now having attended at least one self-care activity. Thank you to everyone who has participated in our self-care activities so far. Your support and participation are what make these activities a success. And there are lots of exciting things happening to make it worth coming to a self-care activity this week. Check it out below!

PREVIEW OF WEEK THREE COE SELF-CARE ACTIVITY HIGHLIGHTS
MONDAY, Feb. 9th, 12:15-12:30 in Ed 1216-Mindfulness Mondays meditation will feature a mindfulness session and a log to help promote regular mindful practice throughout the week.
TUESDAY, Feb. 10th, 12:15-12:45 in Ed 1216 -Tasty Tuesdays presentation with Ellen Bauersfeld, our registered dietician, will look at more healthy eating choices at work and at home.
WEDNESDAY, Feb. 11th, 12:15-12:45 in Ed 1214/1216-Workout Wednesdays will be taking a 20 minute walk on one of the SECRET WALKING PATHS at CSUN-This one, called, BOOK YOUR WAY TO FITNESS, is just a half a mile and an easy starting walk. Bring your walking shoes and join us for the walk starting at 12:15 from Ed 1216.
THURSDAY, Feb. 12th, 12:15-12:45 in Ed 1214/1216-Thoughtful Thursdays Yoga-Jess our wonderful yoga instructor, and a faculty in our deaf studies department, and Cass, our deaf interpreter and another faculty in deaf studies, are offering an amazing yoga class. Come and be a part of this stress relieving and rejuvenating half hour yoga experience. And we have extra yoga mats if you need one.
