COE Self-Care Activities Week Four

Dear Staff and Faculty,

  Would you like to have place where you can feel relaxed and centered during your day? Then consider coming to our meditation session on Tuesday afternoon from 2-2:30 in the CTL conference room, when we do deep relaxation and breathing. Faculty and staff have shared that they feel relaxed and renewed after this short meditation session! And please check our self-care website for March self-care events and lots of self-care information, which we are always adding.

TODAY! MEDITATION 2:00-2:30 in the CTL conference room, first floor across from the CTL office.
