Dear Staff and Faculty,
Tuesday at noon in 1214, we welcome back Joo Kim, acupuncturist with the CSUN Klotz Health Center and part time instructor on holistic and Asian traditional health practices. Joo will share tried-and-true holistic health practices along with some effective strategies for dealing with emotional stress and fatigue during these challenging times of fires, hurricanes, and national tragedies. Also on Tuesday, we have our regular relaxing meditation and chair yoga session from 2-2:30 in the CTL conference room.
