Dear Faculty and Staff,
Welcome to another week of self-care. A great self-care resource for faculty and staff, as well as students, is the September issue of Student Health 101! This month’s issue contains wonderful articles, including:
“Mindfulness for beginners”
“8 Proven ways to be happier”
“4 ways to Practice Consent and Self-Empowerment in Everyday Life”
“Fitness U: The Best Warm-Ups for All Workouts”
You can also see resources at CSUN for faculty, staff and students. To view more, click here: https://www.readsh101.com/csun.html
This week we continue our fall theme: Meditating: the many ways to meditate and how this can benefit our lives. On Wednesday, September 12th, from 1-1:30 PM, in the CTL Conference room, our weekly meditation and chair yoga session continues with our wonderful leader, Josh Einhorn. Each week is inspiring and different. And look for weekly emails on upcoming self-care activities, and keep checking the website.
