Dear COE staff and faculty,
We have a number of exciting self-care activities occurring this spring with some of our favorite presenters returning. On March 3rd, from 12-1 PM in ED 1214, Lisa Curtis, CSUN Emergency Manager, will present on earthquake preparedness. This presentation will include lunch. On April 7th, from 12-1PM in Ed 1214, our favorite CSUN nutritionist Ellen Bauersfeld will present on “Nutrition, Brain Health, and Other Hot Topics” along with a nutritious brain food lunch. And we have our weekly meditation offered at a new time this week from 3-3:30-2PM this Thursday, February 20th, in the CTL conference room with our wonderful leader Josh Einhorn.
