COE Self-Care Activities Spring 2019 - Week 3

February 4, 2019

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 5th, we are excited to offer our first monthly self-care presentation entitled “Yoga at Your Desk”, from 12-1 PM in Ed 1214. Our presenter, Marydale Hahn Pecora, RMT, Founder and Director of Param Yoga Healing Arts Center, has adapted a simple, yet effective, practice that can be done at your desk in just a few minutes to relieve stress and rejuvenate you in body, mind, and spirit. Do you want to do something about that tight spot in your neck? Join us for this great way to give yourself some self-care! And lunch is included! (for more information go to http://www.param-yoga.com/)

And remember that every Wednesday from 1:30-2PM in the CTL conference room, Josh Einhorn offers inspiring moments plus meditation. Come check it out this Wednesday, February 6th!

Please look for weekly emails on upcoming self-care activities, and keep checking the website at
