COE Self-Care Activities Fall 2019 - Week 10

October 28, 2019

Dear College of Education Staff and Faculty,

Happy Halloween! Please join us for our annual Halloween party this Wednesday, Oct. 30th, from 12-2 I ED 1214/1216. The theme is “come as your favorite TV character!” I look forward to seeing you there!

Once again this week, our CSUN community is being affected by multiple wildfires. I hope everyone is staying safe during this stressful time in our area. Our thoughts are with those who were especially affected. Please see important handouts to support faculty, staff, students, and community families and children below and review the resources from CSUN Office of Human Resources through the Employee Assistance Program to support faculty and staff who have been impacted by wildfires.

Due to a conflict with our Halloween party, guided relaxation is cancelled this Wednesday. We will resume this wonderful self-care activity next Wednesday, November 6th, from 1:30-2:00 in CTL Conference Room.

Please look for weekly emails on upcoming self-care activities, and keep checking the website at http://www.csun.edu/eisner-education/self-care
