The Office of the Provost and the Campus Care Recovery Program, are excited to provide an opportunity for resilience and recovery from the stress that the last year has caused from the COVID pandemic and social unrest.
Everyone is invited to join us on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 30th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm., for a live virtual presentation by Laura van Dernoot Lipsky on Trauma Stewardship. We will learn about how this last year has impacted us and ways to engage in self-care so that we can improve our well-being throughout our academic, professional, and personal lives. Laura van Dernoot Lipsky is the founder and Director of The Trauma Stewardship Institute and author of Trauma Stewardship: An Everyday Guide to Caring for Self While Caring for Others and The Age of Overwhelm.
