Description:

Enhancing the reputation and visibility of CSUN is a key institutional priority. Faculty, staff and departments can use social media to connect with students, alumni and each other to promote our mission, improve service, and strengthen ties.

In this workshop, you will learn about the various social media channels and best practices that can help to improve your social media presence and engage your audience by becoming a part of CSUN’s online conversation. We will also look at the resources and tools available to you when using social media to advance the reputation and visibility of CSUN.

  1. Visit CSUN's Employee Learning & Training site via the myNorthridge Portal: https://ds.calstate.edu/?svc=skillsoft&org=csun;
  2. Select the "Instructor Led Training Sessions" link under Upcoming Events, and scroll until you find the name and date of the program;
  3. Select "Actions," and select "Enroll in this Session."
