Your access to the online, self-service registration system begins with your enrollment appointment date/time and continues thereafter, through the end of the Late Registration/Schedule Adjustment period.
Start enrolling as early as possible to get the classes you need to graduate.

Manage your time with these tips:
- View your enrollment appointment in your CSUN Portal Checklist.
Tip: Watch your CSUN email account for a “Registration Notice” from the Office of the Registrar several weeks before registration begins. Your appointment will display in My Checklist at that time. If no appointment displays, contact your academic advisor to schedule an advisement meeting.

- Prepare to enroll as outlined at Before You Register and How to Register.
- Become familiar with the three registration periods as each permits different activities. Note key dates in the Registration Calendar for activities such as: wait-listing, repeating a CSUN course, needing permission to add, and the last day to access online self-service registration.
- Adjust your schedule after classes begin if necessary. Access to all enrollment transactions (add, drop, swap, change grading basis) continues through the fourth week of fall and spring classes. Helpful: Late Schedule Changes
