GradFest 2024 Registration

Congratulations, your graduation is just around the corner!
If you plan to participate in commencement, you won’t want to miss GradFest, CSUN’s one-stop opportunity to get all the details regarding your ceremony and so much more! Watch this video to learn more about GradFest!

EVENT INFO:

• WHERE: CSUN Campus Store Complex
• WHEN:                 
  • Wednesday, March 13th, 2024 from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, March 14th, 2024 from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• HOW: Create a “Marching Order” profile to RSVP and select one of the available timeslots for GradFest.  

NOTE:  Marching Order is an all-inclusive online graduate interface that will assist you with your Commencement Name Verification, Event RSVP, and Ticket Confirmations. After GradFest, you will be prompted by email to re-visit this platform to secure your Commencement tickets and submit your Ceremony “Name Verification.”

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Our office does appreciate your patience and flexibility as we accommodate all graduating students to the best of our ability. We are asking you to be mindful of the following:

• Per your event registration, you are eligible to attend anytime within the designated 3-hour allotment. Attendees are only eligible to register for one of the event timeslots listed.
• The event registration is first come, first serve basis. Once a time slot reaches capacity, the time slot will no longer be available for registration.
• Credit/Debit Cards will only be accepted when purchasing materials from Herff Jones (the official vendor for caps, gowns, announcements, rings, and frames).

We look forward to celebrating this milestone with you as you commence the next chapter of your life. Should you be unavailable to attend GradFest please note all information will be available via our GradFest website after the event.
