38th Annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference Has Concluded

Teach Access Faculty Fellowship

Description: The focus of the conversation is to provide an overview of the brand new Teach Access Faculty Fellowship program, including its purpose, goals, where we are, and where we want to be. The session will allow faculty and industry professionals to learn more about how this program is supporting Teach Access’ work to design a culture in higher education that serves all students by sharing research, projects, lectures, presentations, and more that support faculty to teach about disability and digital accessibility. Weaving into the TA Faculty Fellowship, CSUN professors Li Liu and Dave Moon will share insightful information on how a11y+ lab was developed and what its focus is, with emphasis on an inclusive tech hub program. This will be a 40-minute, informal conversation to learn, share, and hopefully inspire each other to work together to create access for all.
