Description: This session will overview virtual reality as a whole from it's earliest use in research to today. The speakers will discuss key terms used to describe VR with definitions provided. The speakers will provide research-based concepts for key development of virtual reality technology for neurorehabilitation. The efficacy of VR in neurorehabilitation will be discussed. Lastly, the speakers will elaborate on their experience with using VR in practice for patient-specific treatments along with documentation examples.
