What can we learn from the career journeys of accessibility professionals? How can newcomers find their way into this rewarding work? This session is a distillation of the first 50 episodes of the podcast/videocast "Digital Accessibility: The People Behind the Progress". Very few people have found their way into our profession through a formal educational program. It usually results from serendipitous events in our lived life and work life. Host Joe Welinske pulls together the common threads and unique insights from a collection of guests from academia, the tech industry, government, consulting, and non-profits.
