On March 9th, 2018, Quinten Thomas, who was a CSUN student, died while incarcerated at Twin Towers under the supervision of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. FITE: From Incarceration To Education

Please join Revolutionary Scholars (RS) this Thursday, October 25th, 2018 from 4p.m.-6:30p.m at the Johnson Auditorium by Jacaranda Hall for a documentary screening of the FITE, From Incarceration to Education, film. This film highlights the experiences of four formerly incarcerated students at UC Berkeley and their trajectory into higher education. Along with the documentary screening, we will be featuring a panel with Danny Murillo UC Berkeley alumni and Co-founder of Underground Scholars Initiative (USI), Romarilyn Ralston CSU Fullerton Project Rebound Coordinator, Richard Rodriguez-Leon UC Berkeley alumni and USI student, Diego Paniagua and Lily Gonzalez from Revolutionary Scholars.
