Panel Discussions on RMI

It's Disney time at CSUN (Apr 10, 2024). 

CSUN students learned from the following three panelists of Disney on their discussions on “What lies ahead for Disney in the risk management landscape and How to manage it effectively?” 

• Sharon Antinoja, Director of Risk Management Finance and Corporate Insurance 
• Gil Neuvenheim (Matador), Senior Manager of Corporate Safety and Environmental
• Ray Gonzalez (Matador), Senior Manager of Global Crisis Management 

This event was made real due to Sharon's beautiful heart and generous spirit, while she invited Gil and Ray (both Matadors) to enrich this panel presentation on several topics from risk-financing strategies via captives, to safety management in 12 theme parks worldwide, and to global crisis management.

Five Aon executives below opened up new thoughts on the RMI profession among 36 CSUN students at the inaugural seminar on "Data & Analytics on both Property & Casualty as well as Health & Benefits Insurance" (Dec. 1, 2020).

With their contagious smiles through a virtual Zoom meeting, these Aon professionals have made a tremendous impact on these young adults who learned first-hand about the ins and outs of this fascinating industry.
