Business Law Department Hosts Moot Court Competition

The Business Law Department hosted a university-wide moot court competition in Spring 2022. The final round of the competition took place on April 29, 2022 in Noski Auditorium.  Students Eden Shoshoua (Business Law) and Simcha Friedman (Political Science) won first place, with Telman Akopian (Business Law) and Giselle De Rosas (Political Science) coming in second.  Moot court advisor, Professor Valerie Flugge, said of the competition: “All of the students worked incredibly hard. It was so rewarding to see their growth as oral advocates!”
