The Tell-Tale Edgar Allan Poe: Facts about the writer for his birthday

Preply, an online language learning company, analyzed at least 170 English Literature course syllabuses at American universities and found that Poe was the second-most-studied author after William Shakespeare. His work appeared 243 times, according to Preply. I’m not entirely surprised. I loved when Poe titles popped up on my college syllabuses at California State University Northridge. Colleen Camp’s Hollywood Journey: From Clue’s Yvette to Today’s Achievements

Camp’s early life in San Francisco laid the groundwork for her future success. Relocating to San Fernando Valley during her childhood, she completed her education at John H Francis Polytechnic High School, followed by studies at Los Angeles Valley College and California State University, Northridge. Diavolo – Existencia: The “architecture in motion” dance group performs the world premiere of the dance to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, 8 p.m. Jan. 19. The performance includes a musical score by drummer Antonio Sánchez, a live performance by vocalist Thana Alexa and an aerial performance choreographed by Bandaloop and performed by Amelia Rudolf (founder of the “vertical dance company”). The dance piece was commissioned and produced by the Soraya. Tickets $39 and up.
