School buildings are not enough

The Los Angeles Times reported that seven of the nine campuses of the University of California are particularly competitive. Take Albert with a GPA of 4.1 as an example. He just graduated from Downtown Magnets High School this year. He originally wanted to enter the campuses of Los Angeles, Berkeley, San Diego or Irvine, but all of them had to do so.
